Frequently asked

How long until I hold the book?

Printing takes 2–4 working days after payment. Delivery adds 0–3 days in Kazakhstan, about a week across CIS, and up to two weeks in Europe.

Do I need an account?

No. The editor opens right away and your draft is saved in the browser and synced to a private link. Just don't clear your browser data before ordering.

What format is the book?

A4 hardcover with 10 spreads to start. Extra spreads can be added in the editor; more formats (square, A5) are on the way.

Where do you deliver?

We print in Kazakhstan and ship across KZ (pickup or courier), CIS (CDEK) and Europe (EMS or DHL Express).
